Reagents for cDNA Synthesis

AddScript cDNA Synthesis Kit

● For cDNA synthesis from RNA template.

● All components that thermostable Reverse Transcriptase, RNase Inhibitor, reaction buffer, random hexamer

    and oligo dT20 are provided for cDNA synthesis.

● Gene specific primer of target gene can be used for cDNA synthesis. 

● The reaction temperature for cDNA synthesis is 50℃ and reaction time is 30 min.

● Applications: First-strand cDNA synthesis, cDNA library construction, Gene expression analysis.

cDNA synthesis-2

cDNA Synthesis was carried out at 50℃ for 30 min. with human total RNA 1 ng/20 μl reaction volume and Oligo dT20, and then the PCR reaction was carried out with human ACTB specific primer set (amplicon size 1.5kb), AddStart Taq DNA Master (2x conc., Cat. No. 36101) and 2 μl ~ 8 μl cDNA as template DNA in 20 μl reaction volume.

cDNA synthesis-1

cDNA Synthesis was carried out at 50℃ for 30 min. with human total RNA 1 ng/20 μl reaction volume and Oligo dT20, and then the PCR reaction was carried out with human TBP specific primer set (amplicon size 0.5kb), AddStart Taq DNA Master (2x conc., Cat. No. 36101) and 2 μl ~ 8 μl cDNA

as template DNA in 20 μl reaction volume.

AddScript RT-PCR Kit & RT-PCR Master (2x conc.)

● For one-step cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification from RNA template.

● All components that hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, thermostable Reverse Transcriptase, RNase Inhibitor,

    reaction buffer and dNTP mixture are provided for one-step RT-PCR.

● The reaction temperature for cDNA synthesis is 50℃ and reaction time is 20 min.

● Applications: RNA virus detection and research, Gene expression analysis.

RT-PCR Master

One-step RT-PCR was performed with human total RNA 10 ng/20 μl reaction volume at 50 ℃, 20 min for cDNA synthesis and then the PCR reaction was carried out with human TBP, GAPDH, PGK and ACTB specific primer set of variable amplicon size in one tube reaction.
