Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase & Master Mix.

● AddStart Taq DNA Polymerase from recombinant E. coli.
● AddStart Taq DNA Polymerase is hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase by specific anti-Taq monoclonal antibody.
● It has 5’ → 3’ exonuclease activity and A-tailing in 3’ end of amplicon.
● Normal maximum amplicon size is ~ 5 kb.
● The polymerization rate is 1 kb per 1 min., but maximum rate is 2 kb per 1 min.
● All components for PCR is included – Taq DNA Polymerase, 10x reaction buffer, 10 mM dNTP mixture
● 20 mM MgCl2 is included in 10x reaction buffer.
● The concentration of AddStart Taq DNA Polymerase is 5.0 units/μl.
● Applications: Real-time PCR, General PCR, Colony PCR, Screening PCR and Cloning
● All components for PCR is mixed except for primer and template DNA.
● UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase) for prevention of carryover contamination from amplification products is included
in AddStart Taq DNA Master with UDG (Cat. No. 36101U) product.
● Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer (with 4 mM MgCl2), 4 mM dNTP mixture, PCR enhancer,
loading dye (Orange G), and sediment for electrophoresis are included in AddStart Taq DNA Master.
● The concentration of AddStart Taq DNA Master is 2x.
● Applications: Hot-start PCR, General PCR, Colony PCR, Screening PCR and Cloning
● UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase) for prevention of carryover contamination from amplification products is included
in AddMulti Taq DNA Master with UDG (Cat. No. 37101U) product.
● All components for PCR is mixed except for primer and template DNA.
● Hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer (with 6 mM MgCl2), 6 mM dNTP mixture, PCR enhancer,
loading dye (Orange G), and sediment for electrophoresis are included in AddMulti Taq DNA Master.
