Normal Taq DNA Polymerase & Master Mix.

● Normal Taq DNA Polymerase from recombinant E. coli.
● It has 5’ → 3’ exonuclease activity and A-tailing in 3’ end of amplicon.
● Normal maximum amplicon size is ~ 5 kb.
● The polymerization rate is 1 kb per 1 min., but maximum rate is 2 kb per 1 min.
● All components for PCR is included – Taq DNA Polymerase, 10x reaction buffer, 10 mM dNTP mixture
● 20 mM MgCl2 is included in 10x reaction buffer.
● The concentration of Add Taq DNA Polymerase is 5.0 units/μl.
● Applications: General PCR, Colony PCR, Screening PCR and Cloning
● All components for PCR is mixed except for primer and template DNA.
● Normal Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer (with 4 mM MgCl2), 4 mM dNTP mixture, PCR enhancer,
loading dye (Orange G), and sediment for electrophoresis are included in Add Taq DNA Master.
● The concentration of Add Taq DNA Master is 2x.
● The specification of Add Taq DNA Master is same with Add Taq DNA Polymerase as mentioned above.

PCR was performed with 10pg lambda DNA and specific primer (amplicon size: 549bp ~ 2043bp) by Add Taq DNA Polymerase.
The PCR condition is as follows: 95℃ for 5 min, followed by 30cycles of 95℃ for 30 sec, 60℃ for 30sec and 72℃ for 1min. A final 5 min elongation step was performed at 72℃.

PCR was performed with 1ng human genomic DNA and specific primer (amplicon size: 500bp ~ 1900bp) by Add Taq DNA Polymerase.
The PCR condition is as follows: 95℃ for 5 min, followed by 30cycles of 95℃ for 30 sec, 60℃ for 30sec and 72℃ for 1min. A final 5 min elongation step was performed at 72℃.
